If you vehicle has been towed to our impound lot, you will need the following items to pick up your vehicle and/or belongings in the vehicle.
1. Proof of Ownership
2. Photo Identification
3. Acceptable Form of Payment
1. Proof of Ownership
- Current Registration
- Title with your name printed on it via DMV
- If you are not the registered owner, you must have a notarized letter from the owner authorizing you to pick up the vehicle and/or belonging.
- If you are picking up a rented or company vehicle, you have a copy of the contract that includes your name to pick up personal belongings and approval from the rental company to pick up the vehicle.
2. Photo Identification
- Current Drivers License
- Government Identification Cards
3. Acceptable Form of Payment
- Cash
- Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard Only
